These terms apply to purchases from the Tap & Key online store. By placing an order you agree to them, along with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.
Orders and pricing
All items are made to order after purchase. Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout with shipping and any sales tax. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a price or product was listed in error, or if we can't make the item as described.
Personalized content
You confirm you have the right to use any names, logos or images you send us. We may decline orders with content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, and we'll refund those orders in full.
Chip links
You're responsible for the web page a chip opens. We may decline to program, or disable, a link used for fraud, malware or unlawful content.
Phone compatibility
Our chips work with most NFC-enabled smartphones. Some phone models, cases or settings can stop a tap from working, and we can't guarantee every device.
Product images
Some product images are digital concept renderings. Because each item is 3D printed to order, color and layer texture can vary slightly from the images.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
